This recipe is our absolute favorite because it’s soooooo incredibly easy and so full of flavor. We loved eating it at home.
Plus, they’re incredibly versatile. You can eat them as a loaded sandwich like we’ve done here, or you can roll them up in a wrap. Either way, it’s a brilliant meal for summer and great for camping since you only need 1 pan or pot and the cooking time is so short that you’ll save gas too.

Loaded Sandwich with moroccan chickpeas.
What You Need:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions:

Drain the chickpeas, heat oil in a pan and briefly sauté garlic in it.

Add chickpeas and continue frying.

Then add the spices and fry for another minute.
Note: The chickpeas are excellent as a filling for the wrap or as filling in a loaded sandwich.
